This bill changes code section on land use and breaching covenants - specifically condominiums
If a violation because of permanent structure being built exceeds a set-back provision, action can begin immediately.
Allows condominiums to increase the size of the associated with a ⅔ vote (why is this legislated?)
Owners in condo complexes can take action in Superior Court if a declarant does not correct violations after being notified by the owner
