HB 65 expands the list of conditions that would be eligible for medical cannabis oil treatment. The new conditions include tourette's syndrome, HIV, AIDS, autism spectrum disorder, epidermolysis, and peripheral neuropathy.
The bill also ensures patients on hospice have access.
FInally, the bill provides for reciprocity of other state's cannabis registration cards so long as the person complies with Georgia law.
