SB 106 deals with licensure requirements for pain management clinics. The bill states that no controlled substance shall be prescribed or dispensed in a pain management clinic and no controlled substance prescription can be distributed to a patient from a pain management clinic or medical treatment or services provided to a patient, unless a physician, a PA authorized, or an advanced practice registered nurse authorized to prescribe controlled substance is on-site at the pain management clinic.More information on legis.ga.gov
